The Tiguan delivered 2,407 units, marking a 13.5 percent increase over the previous July. The Touareg, refreshed for 2015, delivered 676 units: 374 of these were TDI® Clean Diesel models, amounting to 55 percent of its sales. The Chattanooga-built Passat totaled 6,904 units delivered for the month. Volkswagen recently introduced the value laden Limited Edition model, which has a starting MSRP of $23,995. This month Volkswagen Chattanooga produced its 500,000th Passat.
