| Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca's Gill Campbell to Lead Organization
At its annual meeting in Daytona Beach, Florida, the Road Racing Industry Council (RRIC) appointed its new board of directors with Gill Campbell, CEO/General Manager, Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca slated as president.
The Road Racing Industry Council, formed in 2009, is an association of road racing facilities, promoters and industry stakeholders. Its mission is to exchange industry-relevant information and strategies, enhance the safety of road racing, and work to promote, maintain and preserve road racing events and venues.
The newly appointed board is as follows: Gill Campbell, President (Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca); Skip Barber, Vice President (Lime Rock Park); Connie Nyholm, Secretary (Virginia International Raceway); and Geoff Lee, Treasurer (Road Atlanta).
