Coys set for their largest sale of the year Company press release.
125 important collectors' motor cars come under the auctioneer's gavel at Blenheim Palace on July 14th
Coys once again return to Blenheim Palace for their landmark sale of historic collectors' motor cars, featuring 'The Jaguar Legend'. With over 125 motor cars entered for this major summer sale of the year, there is sure to be something for all collectors, be it a very rare Mercedes-Benz 500K, or a Schuppan 962 prototype.
Another highlight entry for this important sale is a beautifully restored Mercedes-Benz 300SL Roadster, having recently completed a comprehensive restoration by one of Germany's leading restorers.
In the Jaguar section, they feature some 25 important Jaguars, spanning Jaguar's history from a fabulous SS100 to a Jaguar V12 Roadster, with many XKs and other models available within this section of the sale.
This sale will also feature a special section of some 15 rare microcars.
For the Rolls-Royce and Bentley collectors, Coys have many models available, from a magnificent Rolls-Royce V12 Phantom III or a Rolls-Royce Phantom II drophead coupe to a one-owner Rolls-Royce Camargue with less than 1,000 miles from new, and for the more modern-minded, three wonderful examples of Shadow and Corniche convertibles as well as a magnificent 1937 Bentley 4¼ drophead coupe and a 1993 Bentley Continental R Convertible, to mention but a few of the 22 Rolls-Royce and Bentley motor cars coming under the auctioneer's gavel.
In addition to this important sale, Coys will also be hosting their annual Concours d'Elegance in the grounds of Blenheim Palace. Whether your interest is in the auction or the concours, or merely wandering around the splendour of Blenheim Palace, July 14th is a day to put in your diary.
