|Palos Verdes Concours' d'Elegance's Pleasure Road Rallye To Tour the PV Peninsula|
| On Saturday, September 15, the Palos Verdes Concours d'Elegance's Pleasure Road Rallye will wind its way around the PV Peninsula from the Rolling Hills Country Club to the PV Golf Club. Challenging clues will guide cars to both popular and little-known landmarks, as teams compete for prizes in this precursor to the following day's Palos Verdes Concours d'Elegance at the Trump National Golf Club.
The Rallye's conclusion at the PV Golf Club precedes a helicopter golf ball drop and a reception honoring Grand Marshals Merle and Peter Mullin.
This year's Rallye is being planned and managed by Andrew Olson, a 17 year old honor student at Palos Verdes High School, and a member, with his father Larry, of the Ferrari Club of America. No stranger to rallying, Andrew was his father's navigator when they won last year's Rallye.
Andrew's other public service activities include working on an Eagle Scout project to create a reading sitting area at Cornerstone Elementary School, serving meals at the Toberman House in San Pedro and participation in Los Hermanos, a mother-son service organization.
