The Dominics of New York 100 is part of the USAC Weld Racing Silver Crown Series.
Its an front-engine open-wheel racing series that has been around for 33 years.
This week they battled it out on the 3/4 mile oval track at the Richmond International Raceway. Car number 19, driven by Dave Steele, took the
checkered flag winning almost $16,000. Second place went to car number 67, driven by Aaron Fike.
This is an exciting race to watch because of the number of vehicles on such a small track. Lots can happen, and usually does.
