    1936 Aston Martin Le MansOnly two of these cars were made specifically for Le Mans. The standard racing 1.5-liter engine was increased to 2-liters, producing the most powerful prewar Aston Martin. The rear seat cover was a concession to the peculiar Le Mans rules, requiring a rear passenger seat.
