1988 Cadillac Voyage ConceptCadillac introduced their 1988 Voyage Concept at a three-day technological exhibition in New York City. The purpose of the concept was to indicate future trends in styling and technology for the Cadillac brand, rather than to unveil a specific model for production. Electronic technology was added to test public reaction to new features. Some of the high tech features of the time included a camera in place of a rear-view mirror, a hands-free cellular phone and ETAKinertial, a navigation system which continuously tracked the vehicle's position on a moving map.
