This is the last of the altered wheelbase cars - before the appearance of all-fiberglass, lift-off bodies. According to the owner, this is the only one known to be found.
It was built in late 1966 in Canton, Ohio and participated in the 1970 Indianapolis Nationals. It is powered by the legendary 426 cubic-inch V8 powerplant.
The car was found in poor condition in a garage in Mogadore, Ohio, missing its motor and transmission. However, all other body parts were present and a four-year, complete restoration was undertaken.
