Phaeton
Chassis Num: 57E956

Sold for $51,700 at 2008 RM Auctions.
This example is chassis number 57E956 and has a five-passenger Phaeton bodystyle resting on a wheelbase that measures 125-inches. It is powered by a L-head V8 engine that displaces 314.5 cubic-inches and produces 70 horsepower. There is a three-speed manual gearbox and two-wheel mechanical brakes. It was treated to a partial restoration during the early 1980s and currently finished in a light green paint scheme with black fenders. The wood spoke artillery wheels have been painted in matching green colors with the interior featuring the original black leather. The car is in good condition but has many blemishes that tell a tale of many decades of use.
