Fastback Coupe Chassis Num: 194377S104318   Sold for $52,800 at 2011 Barrett-Jackson. Sold for $55,000 at 2012 Gooding & Company. This Chevrolet Corvette was delivered from the factory with engine code L79, the 327 cubic-inch small-block motor equipped with a high-performance camshaft, delivering a power rating of 50 horsepower more than the standard unit. It also was fitted with a number of amenities including air-conditioning, power steering, an AM/FM radio, a telescopic steering column and side-mounted exhaust pipes. The car was given a restoration in the early 2000s and offered at auction in June of 2003, displaying less than 34,000 miles on the odometer. In 2012, the car was offered for sale at the Gooding & Company auction in Scottsdale, Az. It was estimated to sell for $65,000 - $75,000 and offered without reserve.
