According to the Jaguar Heritage, this E-Type left the Browns Lane Jaguar works on November 9th of 166. It was sent to the United Sates on November 23, destined for the New York receiving terminal. The first recorded owner was J.W. Sparks of Indianapolis, Indiana, who took delivery on May 8, 1967. In 2010, this Jaguar was brought to Gooding & Company's Scottsdale Auction where it was estimated to sell for $95,000 - $115,000.
