Fiat Bravo

The Fiat Bravo was produced from 1995 to 2001. The name was re-used again in 2007 with an all-new replacement for the Stilo. The early Bravo models served as a replacement for the Tipo model. The base engine was a 1.-liter 12-valve engine offering 80 PS. There were three other 16-valve, petrol engines available, ranging from 103 PS through a larger 2-liter, 20-valve R5 unit rated at 147 PS. Two turbo-diesel engines were also availed, both were 1.9-ltier four-cylinder units.

Upon the car's launch, it was voted European Car of the Year.

The Bravo/Brava was discontinued in Europe in late 2001, and was replaced by the all-new Fiat Stilo.
