2001 Roush Mustang

Jack Roush's lifelong passion for hotrods has been a driving force in the development of Roush Performance Products, an exciting line of aftermarket performance products. Race Performance bridges the gap between road and track, seamlessly blending Roush's legendary racing talent with the formidable engineering and manufacturing skills of Roush Industries. Roush Performance is the first specialty-vehicle company to combine track-proven race technologies with advanced automotive engineering. Once again, Roush leads the field - as a testament to Roush's unrivaled record, Roush Performance's exhilarating products are the only aftermarket performance products that can be purchased directly from your local Ford dealer.

Roush Performance was established in 1995, with the development of a manifold package and tool kit introduced at that year's SEMA show. Jack Roush's personal preference for hot street Mustangs (he owns more than a dozen) provided the inspiration for Roush Performance to design, engineer and manufacture a line of high-performance Ford Mustangs. These vehicles were met with tremendous critical acclaim. In 1977, Roush Performance launched the first Roush truck package, and established a Roush dealer network of 100 dealers across the country. Their sales have increased at least 100 percent since 1998. In 2001, RPP launched the Roush Stage 3 Mustang and expanded their dealer network to 225. In 2002 Roush Performance introduced the 360R, which shares many of the Stage 3's performance and technological enhancements in a more economical package.

The vehicles and components produced by Roush Performance carry a strong imprint of Jack Roush's vision, passion for performance and commitment to excellence. Roush personally approves the design, engineering, fit, finish and overall performance of each package, ensuring that his personal standards are met prior to production startup and product release.

2001 Roush MustangAs technology and design continue to evolve, so does the Roush line of vehicles and parts. Roush Performance Products is committed to leveraging the latest in automotive and motorsports technologies to continually provide our customers the ultimate driving experience - the perfect combination of race car and road car.
