Forenza is equipped wîth a torquey 2.0-liter 4-cylinder engine, tuned for better in-town drivability.
Front seat-mounted driver and passenger side airbags supplemental restraint system (SRS)
Airbags deploy from the outboard side of the driver and front passenger seatbacks to reduce the driver's or passenger's risk of injury from side impact collisions.
Air conditioning wîth micron air-filtration system
The Forenza's air conditioning is a valuable feature that is standard. The micron air-filtration system screens out dust and pollen to keep the interior comfortable and clean.
Front ventilated disc brakes wîth solid rear disc brakes
Disc brakes are on all four wheels provide superior stopping power. Most competitors in this class use weaker drum brakes on the rear wheels.

4-wheel Anti-lock Braking System wîth Electronic Brake-force Distribution (EBD)
An Anti-lock Brake System (ABS) keeps the brakes from locking in panic-stop situations, allowing the driver to maintain control while §teering around obstacles. Electronic Brake-force Distribution (EBD) uses electronic controls to distribute less pressure to the rear brakes during panic-braking to prevent rear wheel lock-up. ABS is optional for the Base model.
