2006 Buick Terraza news, pictures, and information

Terraza's standard 3500 V6 engine is specifically designed to deliver an impressive combination of performance and reliability. A 3.5-liter displacement and sequential port fuel injection ensure smooth power and responsiveness. 201 horsepower and 216 lb-ft of torque on the front-wheel drive model make passing and climbing inclines a breeze. Literally hundreds of refinements ensure the quality, dependability, and quiet operation you've come to expect from Buick.

When you're driving on slippery surfaces or counter §teering, StabiliTrak's sensors evaluate and act upon §teering input data to help you stay on your intended course. Úsing yaw sensors, lateral accelerometers, §teering-wheel angle sensors, and wheel-speed sensors, StabiliTrak constantly compares the actual path the vehicle is taking wîth your intended direction. If StabiliTrak senses that the vehicle is not properly responding to §teering input, it modulates individual front brakes or reduces power (or both) to help you maintain control and continue on course. (Standard on FWD models only)

Components designed to reduce, block, and absorb sound go into creating the serene ride of QuietTuning. Advancements like composite wheelhouse liners, and laminated side glass help create a barrier to road noise.

Housed in the innovative overhead rail storage system, Terraza's standard DVD entertainment center features a flip-down 7-inch wide-format LCD screen. Standard on Terraza CX and CXL, the DVD entertainment center also offers a remote control, wireless headphones, video and audio RCA jacks for camcorder playback, ports for gaming capability, a parental control switch, and more.

Transport your bikes wîth a bicycle carrier package. Designed to fit your vehicle wîth easy installation.
