This car is believed to be completely original and is in superb condition, considering its age. There is no evidence of heavy mechanical wear due to extensive usage. It has a compact power plant with a displacement 268.6 cubic-inch and develops 60 horsepower at 2700 rpm's. The crankshaft weighs about 100 lbs.

The engine utilizes a drop-forged pivot lifter called a rocker tapper, this design contributes to the silent operation. Also note the air intake through the valve housing plate. Note the four-wheel hydraulic brakes developed by Lockheed, also note the external brake shoes.

The 'double' or 'tilt beam lights' which is the ancestor of modern headlights.
