AUTOSPORT INTERNATIONAL REVEALS FIRST GLIMPSE AT NEW AUTOSPORT STAGE WITH WILLIAMS MARTINI RACING

◾Autosport International 2016 has revealed a first look at the Autosport Stage featuring the Williams Martini Racing motorhome

◾For the first time ever, the Williams Martini Racing motorhome will be constructed away from a race circuit, forming a major part of the revamped stage and providing a focal point for a celebration of all things Williams

◾Stage will feature one of the largest collections of Williams Formula One cars away from Grove, from the Williams-Ford FW06 of 1978 to the latest Williams-Mercedes FW37 of 2015

◾Famous Williams faces from the team's history will be in attendance throughout the event, more details revealed in the coming weeks

Autosport International has revealed a first look at the 2016 Autosport Stage, which will feature the incredible Williams Martini Racing motorhome, as part of a major celebration of the famous British Formula One team at the 14-17 January event.

Never before constructed outside of a racing circuit, the eight metre tall motorhome will make for an incredible sight as part of the revamped Autosport Stage, remaining in place for the duration of Autosport International.

Bringing a real slice of Formula One paddock atmosphere to the NEC, it will offer unprecedented fan engagement and a real focal point for a unique celebration of Williams, which will tell the story of Sir Frank Williams' racing company from past to present.

Autosport International will play host to a selection of Williams' most iconic Formula One cars at the show, running from the very first Williams-Ford FW06 of 1978 to the latest Williams-Mercedes FW37 of 2015. The collection will be one of the largest gatherings of Williams Formula One cars away from Grove. Full details of this line-up will be revealed in the coming weeks.

The revamped stage will feature a host of famous faces from the world of motorsport, including exciting interviews with Williams drivers and team members from throughout Williams' history.

As well as interactive features focusing on Williams' F1 exploits, visitors will also get an insight into the world of Williams Advanced Engineering, the division that transfers technology from Formula One to market sectors as diverse as defence and renewable energy.

Williams Advanced Engineering has completed many high profile projects recently, including supplying all batteries to the inaugural FIA Formula E Championship. In addition, visitors will be able to learn about Williams Heritage, the team's historic racing division, which restores and fully supports Williams racing cars for private owners.
