1992 Mercedes-Benz 300CE news, pictures, and information

The 1992 Mercedes-Benz 300 CE was powered by a six-cylinder, 180.8 cubic-inch engine that produced 215 horsepower and 194 foot-pounds of torque. The DOHC engine added an extra 40 horsepower over the base 3-liter six. The cost to own a 300 CE in 1992 was around $3399.

The 300CE joined the Mercedes-Benz lineup in 1988, available in coupe form with a wheelbase that was shorter than the sedan. Its windshield was steeper than its siblings, and had window glass void of frames. The interior was plush, with leather upholstery and many features offered as standard equipment.
