This 1959 Kurtis 500J is one of only two 500J's built. This car ran in both the 1959 and 1960 Indianapolis 500 races, driven by Chuck Weyant and Gene Force. It is one of the few Roadsters that has survived unmolested, and retains its original frame, suspension, bodywork, and drivetrain. It is presented today just as it ran in 1960, in its lavender McKay Special livery.
