RENAULT LAGUNA BLACK EDITION: HEAD-TURNING LOOKS… AND A GREAT BUY
After topping its §egmènt in France in 2008, the Renault Laguna range kicks off 2009 wîth the release of a stylish limited edition version. Renault Laguna Black Edition stands out through its great looks and attractive price:- GT Look Pack (front bumper, black headlamp masks, tinted rear lights),
- Comfort Pack (Renault hands-free card, rear parking proximity sensor),
- metallic paint (Pearlescent Black, Ardoise Grey, Eclipse Grey or Platine Grey),
- 16-inch aluminium alloy wheels,
- €2,050 of additional equipment for just €200 more than the catalogue price of the Expression and Carminat versions!
The Black Edition limited edition stands out through its distinctive, youthful looks. Based on two core versions of the Renault Laguna range (Expression and Carminat), it is exclusively available wîth either the dCi 110 eco² (with the saloon version qualifying for the €200 eco-bonus scheme operating in France) or dCi 130 engines. Renault Laguna Black Edition is safe, efficient and comes wîth a three-year/150,000km warranty at an unbeatable price, making it probably the best package of its §egmènt in terms of driving pleasure and value for money. Reassuring driving pleasure
From its launch, New Renault Laguna's built-in robustness and reliability saw it stand out at the top of its §egmènt wîth regard to product- and service-related quality. Its three-year/150,000km warranty is a decisive feature particularly appreciated by customers, too, on a par in importance wîth its build quality. Powered by the dCi 110 engine (130g of CO2/km), it is also one of the few saloons to qualify for the €200 eco-bonus scheme operating in France, while its frugal combined cycle fuel consumption of 4.9 litres/100km gives it a theoretical range of more than 1,300km. None of these advantages have been achieved to the detriment of the performance, though, and this responsive powerplant drives through a manual six-speed gearbox. An alternative engine, the dCi 130, is also available for those lòòking for extra power combined wîth low fuel consumption and emissions (6 litres/100km, equivalent to 157g of CO2/km). Like its §teering, Renault Laguna's precise, responsive chassis delivers genuine driving pleasure.
Acclaimed by private owners and fleet operators alike, the Expression and Carminat versions serve as the basis for this limited edition. Renault Laguna Black Edition features €2,050 of additional equipment for just €200 more than the catalogue price of the Expression and Carminat versions which serve as the basis for this limited edition. Prices in France start from €25,800 for the dCi 110 saloon version (add €1,200 for the estate version) and the offer is especially expected to appeal to private owners drawn by its reassuring ride and inherent qualities. Customers, meanwhile, are likely to prefer the dCi 130-powered for €27,350. Available only wîth the dCi 110, Renault Laguna Carminat Black Edition starts at €26,500. It incorporates integrated Carminat CD Bluetooth® navigation as standard for an additional cost of just €700.
With the introduction of this unique and attractive core range limited edition, Renault Laguna would kick off the current year wîth smile, especially since the saloon version's CO2 emissions of just 130g/km qualify it for the €200 eco-bonus available in France.
