2009 Marussia B1 news, pictures, and information
The Russian bred Marussia is to be powered by a 3.5-liter six-cylinder engine capable of producing 240 horsepower. The powerplant, possibly from either Nissan or Renault, will be paired with electric power. Though many of the car's parts will be sourced from established automakers and companies, about one-third will come from Russia.
The electric supercar is expected to travel about 400km per charge with zero-to-sixty in the five second range.
The project is the brainchild of Nikolay Fomenko.
