World's Largest Collector Car Auction Returns To Kissimmee, Florida, Jan. 3-13Mecum Kissimmee 2019 to present countless headliners among 3,500-vehicle lineup

WALWORTH, Wis. – Dec. 19, 2018 – Now spanning 11 days and boasting an estimated 3,500 classic and collector cars slated to cross the auction block, Mecum's Kissimmee, Florida, auction will again take the title of the world's largest when it returns to Osceola Heritage Park this Jan. 3-13. This massive event will cover more than 60 acres and feature at least two dozen private collections, 3,000 items of Road Art, the Mecum Midway of food, exhibitors and various live entertainment acts on the Midway stage, the Dodge Thrill Ride, and, of course, the ceaseless high-energy Mecum auction action.

This year's auction lineup includes countless headline-worthy offerings spanning everything from the only 1965 Ford GT Competition Prototype Roadster to race at Le Mans (Lot S138) to two LaFerraris, one of which is an ultra-exclusive Aperta edition (Lot S113). Other racing and automotive pop-culture icons slated to cross the block include Benny Parsons' 1973 NASCAR Cup Champion car (Lot S111) and the 1932 Ford McMullen Roadster (Lot S107) from the cover of 'Hot Rod' magazine, and America's Sports Car is represented in spades by such greats as the Harley Earl and Bill Mitchell Corvette Styling Cars originally from the GM Styling Department (Lot S180) and no fewer than three of the ever-elusive L88s (Lot F151 and F251).

Among the plethora of private collections are assemblages from notable enthusiasts Michael Fux, Wayne Davis, Kayo Erwin, Richard Petty and others. Paul Offutt will offer an assemblage of Yenko Camaros; the Best in Black Collection will present a host of rare and best-of-breed Corvettes; the BMF Muscle Car Collection includes 10 stunning classics; and Ronnie Rains will offer nearly 100 collectible cars of varying makes and models, all but seven of which will be sold with no reserve, and the list goes on.

The annual Mecum Kissimmee auction has continued to grow each year since its humble beginnings at Osceola Heritage Park 13 years ago, and the 2019 event is projected to attract an estimated 100,000 spectators, 10,000 bidders and guests, and to generate in excess of $100 million in overall sales.
