But most especially in styling, spaciousness, comfort and versatility.

Its chic modern styling expresses its unique personality, with rounded forms, large glazed area and the curved flowing roof line.


C3's exceptional height illustrates the practicality for daily use, whilst maximising the amount of interior space for both passengers and their luggage. Its exceptional boot has a capacity of 282 litres and the cleverly designed Moduboard is available to compartmentalise the space. Standard roof bars on C3 XTR ensure that sports equipment and other big objects can be transported in the most practical way.



C3 distinguishes itself through its luxurious comfort features, including: variable power assisted steering, electric front windows, remote control central locking, height and reach adjustable steering wheel, height adjustable driver's and front passenger's seats and is available with air conditioning and standard panoramic roof on C3 XTR.


C3 comes in six trim levels and with ten engine options including two new technologically advanced direct injection engines, a 1.4HDi turbodiesel (70hp) plus a 1.4HDi 16V (92hp), and two petrol engines, a 1.4i (75hp) available in both manual and automatic guise and a high performance 1.6i 16V (110hp) engine and the latest addition, a 1.4i 16V SensoDrive (90hp) that ensures a strong torque delivery even at low revs.


Safety, both active and passive, remains a constant feature of Citroën's policy towards new car design. Features available include ABS, Electronic Brakeforce Distribution (EBD) and Emergency Braking Assistance (EBA) and 6 airbags.


C3 comes with 3 years' warranty and 12 years' anti-corrosion warranty (see the warranty section for details). Service intervals are 20,000 miles on petrol cars and 12,500 miles for diesel.
