A special edition Jaguar XKR was given the name 'Silverstone' after the famed racecourse where the Jaguar XK120 scored its earliest victories in 1949. The XKR Silverstone Coupe came equipped with a modified suspension, tuned steering system, upgraded brakes, larger tires, and special trim. The vehicle is finished in a unique platinum silver paint job and adorned with Silverstone badging. The interior is charcoal leather with red sticking.
The Silverstone edition takes the Jaguar XKR to the next level in terms of performance, comfort, and style. The large 20-inch wheels are wrapped with a small amount of rubber. The interior is plush with a very capable sound system. The modifications to the suspension and brakes make this a very capable automobile.
