1995 Venturi 400 GT news, pictures, and information

The Venturi 400 GT was shown at the 1984 Paris Motor Show to very little publicity and fan-fare. The car is built atop a space-frame chassis and clothed in a glass-fiber bodywork. It is the work of designers Gérard Godfroy and Claude Poiraud, both have experience working with major French car automakers. Their paths crossed while working at Heuliez.

The engine is a Peugeot/Renault V6 unit which can also be found in the 406 Coupe. With the help of two intercooled Garret turbos, horsepower is raised to over 400 horsepower.
