This Traveler is painted the original Kaiser color of Turquoise Blue over Cerulean Blue and features a totally original 'Dinosaur' vinyl upholstery. You will notice that it has a very utilitarian rear entry door (the beginning of hatchback design0 that served many purposes, from camping to farmers hauling hay.
Kaiser started production of cars immediately after WWII and continued in business until 1955.

This car came equipped with a padded dash, and the windshield pops out on impact. There is a Hydramatic transmission and factory Continental Kit.
There were 550 2 Door Coupes Produced. At new the car cost $2,337.

This car was an unsold 1951 model and received a new 1952 interior ('Dinosaur vinyl') and was titled and sold as a 1952 model. The car is original except for a repainted exterior approximately 16 years ago in the original colors: two tone turquoise blue over cerulean blue. The interior is original.
The Kaiser Virginian Traveler was powered by a 115 horsepower Continental six-cylinder motor.
