•  Citroen C-Buggy Concept
  Building on this commercial success and with the most complete and modern range in its history, Citroën will be present at the Madrid International Motor Show between 25 May and 4 June 2006. The Citroën range, extending from the cheery C1 entry-level supermini to the prestigious C6 grand tourer, recently gained a number of new and varied vehicles. Although the new Jumper, a particularly versatile light commercial vehicle, will clearly rank among the stars of the show, the Marque is also displaying C-Triomphe, a new notchback sedan.
•  Fiat Ducato 'Truckster'
  The Madrid International Motor Show, from 25 May to 4 June, is set to see the debut of the new Ducato, taking over from its immensely successful forerunner of twenty five years' standing, an internationally acclaimed model which has sold over 1.7 million vehicles since 1981. So now it is up to the new Ducato to take up this legacy and confirm its position at the top of the category.
  The Motor Show represents a prestigious occasion for this launch, and the Fiat Light Commercial Vehicles Division has also come up with a unique show-van for the event: the Ducato 'Truckster'.
•  Porsche Cayman
  Following the successful market launch of the Cayman S in autumn 2005, Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG, Stuttgart, is introducing the Cayman, a new version of the mid-engine sports coupé. Based on the Boxster series, the two-seater is powered by a six-cylinder boxer engine with an engine-capacity of 2.7 liters and developing an output of 245 bhp (180 kW). With its high and sustained propulsive power in the lower and medium speed ranges, the engine puts in an impressive performance. It has a top speed of 258 kilometers per hour. This sports car with manual transmission accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 6.1 seconds. The Cayman is convincing proof of the fact that outstanding performance statistics do not necessarily mean high fuel consumption. According to European standards, it consumes on average only 9.3 liters per 100 kilometers.
•  Livernois Motorsports Mustang GT
  Livernois Motorsports has long since adhered to the preposition that not all project cars are created equal, and in the case of their black Mustang GT, the real beauty of this performance monster lies beneath its Tier One stamped skin.
  The usual mode of operation for Livernois is to choose a vehicle that will become a calling card for the performance updates that their staff is capable of performing.
•  Carlisle Performance & Style
  Is the customizing compact tuning sports-car market on a decline? Sales of aftermarket products continue to be strong and there seems to be no shortage of modified compact vehicles cruising the 'the strip' in most cities and towns - but is the market slowing down? One indicator that would suggest a cooling-off is that some of the venues are smaller and less extravagant than in prior years. Are people growing weary of showing off their rides - or are there fewer vehicles to show-off?
  
  We decided to visit the Carlisle Performance & Style event to re-acquaint ourselves with the aftermarket scene and to lust over the unique creations that can only be found at one of these events. From the list of entrants to the number of spectators, we are proud to report that the compact tuning world is alive and strong. Hundreds of vehicles were on display just like it was a 'Fast & Furious' reunion. We strolled the grounds, took a few photos, talked with some owners, and enjoyed the cars. Some of the cars had us scratching our heads but for the most part, we admired the creations, the creativity, and the hard work of the owners. Please enjoy the coverage of this event.
•  BMW Mille Miglia Concept
  The history of the Mille Miglia and the history of the BMW brand have been inseparably connected for decades. The roots of this relationship were formed during the classical road races between 1927 and 1957 and the tradition is still alive today in the annual races for historic vehicles.
  With the Mille Miglia 2006, the BMW Group Mobile Tradition, the Munich automobile manufacturer's division for classics is also using a series of vehicles that set new standards in the art of engineering in their time and that are now considered milestones in the history of the development of automotive engineering. Furthermore, at the start and finish line in Brescia in northern Italy, BMW is presenting a unique specimen fabricated on the occasion of the Mille Miglia 2006, in which the enthusiasm for racing sports from days past is being united with the technical opportunities of today, along with pioneering design perspectives.
  
  The BMW Concept Coupé Mille Miglia 2006 pays homage to the skills, successes and the visions of the motor sports pioneers of the past, created by its modern successors. On the surface, the BMW Concept Coupé unmistakably bears the traits of a racing sports icon. Its bodywork design is oriented on the BMW 328 Mille Miglia Touring Coupé, that legendary two-seater with which Fritz Huschke von Hanstein and Walter Bäumer drove home the victory during the Mille Miglia in 1940. Their speed record - average speed: 166.7 km/h - has remained until today. No other Mille Miglia victor - neither before nor since - ever travelled as fast as the BMW 328 Mille Miglia Coupé with its touring body, which was driven by the legendary 'racing baron'.
•  Crawford Auto-Aviation Museum
  It is understandable why the Crawford collection is one of the top ten in the nation, as rated by the Car Collector magazine. Their collection is home to hundreds of antique, vintage, and classic automobiles and aircraft. The automobiles in the collection range from early classics, Indy racers, Detroit muscle, rare and exotic European beauties, and custom coach bodied masterpieces. As part of the Western Reserve Historical Society, the Crawford has continued their mission by preserving the history of the Cleveland, Ohio area.
•  2006 Aston Martin DBS 'Casino Royale'
  Aston Martin has unveiled the new DBS which will be driven by James Bond, the legendary British secret agent, in the next 007 film, 'CASINO ROYALE', to be produced by Michael G Wilson and Barbara Broccoli for EON Productions.
  
  In true Bond style, specific details of the new DBS remain top secret, although Aston Martin Design Director, Marek Reichman, said: 'This car encapsulates a link between our elegant DB9 road car and the powerful DBR9 race car. It signals an evolutionary development of Aston Martin's world renowned style and elegance.
•  Caterham Superlight R400
  British sportscar maker, Caterham, has revealed details of its latest racing-bred road car, the Superlight R400.
  This keenly anticipated new model uses the Seven's classic formula of motorsport technology and minimalism to deliver a car weighing just 525kg, capable of effortlessly sprinting out of the blocks to 60mph in 3.8 seconds.
  
  The heart of the Seven is the new Cosworth-developed 2.0-litre powerplant that is mated, for the first time, to the legendary de Dion chassis.
  
  Delivering an explosive 210bhp at 7600rpm – equivalent to a massive 400bhp per tonne - and 150lbft of torque at 6300 rpm, the engine embodies Cosworth's vast expertise in performance engine development. With its near-telepathic steering, muscular power delivery, and epic cornering ability, the R400 is a superlative car for the keen driver.
