Sedan
Chassis Num: FA 250 176

Sold for $66,949 (€51,750) at 2012 Bonhams.
The Lancia Fidia has a Bizzarrini-designed chassis and powered by Chevrolet engines. The design was done by Carrozzeria Ghia and styled by new recruit Giugiaro. It was based on the two-door Rivolta and had a longer wheelbase by approximately 150mm. Chevrolet engines of 5.4 or 5.7 liters were fitted initially while the final version came with a 5.8-litre Ford V8. In total, there were 192 examples produced between 1968 and 1974.

This Fidia is one of only 35 built with the Ford Cleveland engine. It was originally supplied via Auto Becker in Dusseldorf, Germany and has had only four owners from new. Between 2009 and 2011 the engine was completely overhauled by von Twistern in Bremerhaven, Germany with new Mahle pistons, new crankshaft, and other components. It has a new electrical system, new suspension, an overhauled automatic gearbox, and a stainless steel exhaust system and manifold. The car is finished in its original color of dark blue with original beige leather interior.

In 2012, the car was offered for sale at the Bonhams Monaco sale. As bidding came to a close, the car had been sold for €51,750 including buyer's premium.

The Iso Fidia (also known as the Iso Rivolta S4 or Iso Rivolta Fidia) was a four-door sedan produced from 1967 through 1975. Production was exclusive, with a mere 192 examples produced. This was the only four-door model produced by Iso. These vehicles were sporty and had plenty of performance, but also similar amounts of comfort and style. Iso claimed them to be 'the four fastest seats in the world.' Due to the high development costs, these were some of the most expensive cars in the world, even more costly than a Rolls-Royce.

The Fidia was introduced at a European press event in Athens in 1968, followed by production a year later. At the time of the press event, Iso had produced 15 examples.

The design was courtesy of Giorgetto Giugiaro while working at Ghia. The interior featured a polished wood dashboard and hand-stitched leather. The wood dash was replaced with a leather one in 1971. At that time, the instrument panel were re-arranged.

Under the bonnet, and in similar fashion to other Iso cars, was a Chevrolet V8 powerplant. By 1973, the company switched to a Ford 5.8-liter V8 mated to a ZF five-speed manual or an optional Fords 'Cruise-O-Matic gearbox.
