The 1969 Buick Sportwagon Custom models had a base price of $3,465 and rose to $3,620 depending on body style configuration. They were numbered in the Skylark Custom series and given bright wheelhouse and rocker panel moldings, woodgrain side trim, and Sportwagon script on the rear fenders. The inside was fully carpeted including the cargo areas. They had custom padded seat cushions and a Deluxe steering wheel.
