Renault Introduces New Easylife Pack

Renault is launching a new EasyLife Pack that aims to make the life of its owners as easy as possible with a comprehensive peace of mind offering that is available on all new Renault cars. The EasyLife Pack provides reassurance that an owner's car will be maintained by officially trained technicians, using genuine Renault parts and the latest Renault tools and diagnostic equipment. For just £99, owners will enjoy three years' care of their vehicle with up to three services saving them up to £560 compared to previous prices.

The new EasyLife Pack can be used in any of the 160 authorised Renault retailers in the UK where customers can have their car serviced as required. The plan will stay with the vehicle if sold, meaning that subsequent owners will benefit from any remaining services due.

Vincent Tourette, Managing Director, Renault UK said: 'Renault is making the customer journey as simple and as easy as possible. The EasyLife Pack allows our customers to save money on their servicing, manage future costs and ensure their vehicle is maintained by authorised, trained and professional staff in one of our nationwide retailers.'

Extensions to the EasyLife Pack are available:

•4th year Warranty & Roadside Assistance – £300

•4th year Servicing & Warranty – £400

•4th year Servicing, Warranty and Roadside Assistance – £500

As with the new 'EasyLife Pack' servicing plans, these can be added to the customer's finance agreement to spread the cost of the additional cover requested over the term of the agreement.

The Renault Roadside Assistance covers home, recovery and onward travel. Available 24 hours a day, the roadside assistance promises to help the customer and their vehicle get to any single location in the UK mainland or Northern Ireland.

Customers ordering a new Renault car or van from 1 February 2018 will benefit from combined peace of mind with three years warranty and UK roadside assistance offered. The Renault car warranty runs to three years / 60,000 miles on all models except ZOE and Koleos. These models are now both three years / 100,000 miles.
