Porsche Reports February 2018 Sales
March 2, 2018 by PorscheU.S. Porsche dealers post growth over 11 percent in first two months vs. 2017 ATLANTA, March 1, 2018 -- Porsche Cars North America, Inc. (PCNA), importer and distributor of the Porsche 911, 718 Boxster and Cayman, Panamera, Cayenne, and Macan, today announced February 2018 retail sales of 4,382 vehicles, up 20.5 percent from February 2017. Year-to-date, Porsche recorded sales of 9,198, an 11.6 percent increase over the same period last year. 'Our February sales were boosted by strong demand for our two-door sports cars and we showed impressive double-digit growth versus the same period last year,' said Klaus Zellmer, President and CEO of PCNA. Demand rose notably for the Porsche 911, with 775 deliveries, up 40.4 percent year-over-year. 718 Boxster and Cayman sales combined grew 37.4 percent compared to February 2017. Porsche Approved Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) sales in the U.S. were at 1,714 vehicles, up 20.1 percent year-over-year.
