The 1975 Jaguar XJ12 was available as the XJ12C Coupe offered in the US for the price of $15,650 and the XJ12L Sedan which sold for $14,900. The XJ12C had a wheelbase size of 108.8 while the XJ12L Sedan had a larger wheelbase size of 112.8 inches. Power was from an overhead-cam 12-cylinder engine fitted with an aluminum block and head. The 326 CID engine had an Electronic fuel injection system and offered 244 horsepower. The fuel injection system replaced carburetors on the V-12 engine. The engine was mated to a three-speed automatic transmission and disc brakes were located at all four corners. For 1975, Jaguar sold 493 XJ12C Coupes and 2,239 XJ12L Sedans.
