London, Thursday 19 May 2016. A selection of rare Italians are taking star billing at H.R. Owen's dealerships, with an iconic 1980s Ferrari 512BBi, a time-warp Ferrari 456 with less than 450 miles, a limited edition Lamborghini Aventador LP750-4 SV and a one-off Lamborghini Murcielago LP-670-4 Superveloce all available. The range and rarity of the cars on offer is further example of H.R. Owen's position as the leading luxury dealership in the UK.

An icon of 1980s supercars is available at the Old Brompton Road showroom, in the form of a classic 512BBi, which was first registered in 1982. The pristine left-hand drive, Rosso Corsa example with Crema Daytona seats was first bought in Germany, and came over to the UK in 2009.

The supreme 1980s, 12-cylinder Ferrari comes with a fantastic amount of history accrued over the last 34 years, and has covered just over 24,000km (14,912 miles) in that time. H.R. Owen has known the car for the last several years, having maintained it in recent years and sold it to the last owner. It is now available and looking for its next custodian, and has a price tag of £299,950.

One of the most pristine examples of a Ferrari from the 1990s is also available, in the form of a 456 M that has been perfectly preserved throughout its life. It has covered less than 450 miles in the 17 years since it was first registered in 1999.

Despite its low mileage, this is a car that has been lovingly stored over its lifetime; having always been kept in a de-humidified garage, and regularly turned over and run up to temperature. As you would expect, this car is unmarked inside and out, and has a pristine engine bay that is as new. The gearbox is another element that makes this car even more rare, as it is one of only a few manual 456s that were sold.

Ferrari fans are spoilt for choice, with a trio of F12 Berlinettas on offer. All three are supreme examples of the front-mid engine grand tourer, and all three are well known to H.R. Owen, having been originally supplied by the specialists.

The cars' 6.2-litre naturally aspirated V12 engine has a phenomenal 740hp, and is capable of firing the F12 Berlinetta to 62mph in just 3.1secs, and on to a top speed of 211mph.

H.R. Owen Lamborghini currently has a pair of rare lightweight road-going supercars, in the form of the 2009 Lamborghini Murcielago LP670-4 Superveloce and the 2015 Aventador LP750-4 Superveloce.

The Aventador was only released last year, and the Gallio Orion finished LP750-4 Superveloce has covered only 760 miles since new. The 750hp naturally aspirated V12 gets from 0-62mph in just 2.8secs and the owner will be able to admire the look and the sound of the engine, thanks to a transparent engine bonnet.

The other rarity from the famous Italian brand is one of the final Murcielagos to be made, and only the third Lamborghini to wear the Superveloce, or SV, badge, following the Diablo and the Miura. Its 670hp engine was 30hp more powerful than the standard Murcielago, and it is capable of 0-62mph in less than 3.0 seconds.

The Murcielago LP670-4 Superveloce was a truly rare car, with just 186 created. The model at H.R. Owen Pangbourne is an even more special example, as it is finished in the 50th anniversary colour, Giallo Maggio.

Another rare, anniversary Lamborghini available through H.R. Owen is the Gallardo LP560-2 50th Anniversary. Just 100 of the limited models were created to mark a major landmark in Lamborghini's history.

It is finished in Bianco Opalis and comes with a large carbon fibre rear wing, as seen on the Superleggera version of the Gallardo. All 100 of the 50th Anniversary models were rear-wheel drive, making them an exciting and rare example from Lamborghini's history.

Tom King, H.R. Owen's Marketing Director said: 'The wide range of rare and interesting cars available in our showrooms around the country is unrivalled, meaning fans of Italian supercars are truly spoilt for choice. The 512 BBi is particularly special, and is a real icon of the 1980s.

'The wide range of cars on offer is a great example of the diversity offered by H.R. Owen. Whether it is new cars, used classics, servicing, repair or any other area, we aim to be the best in the world, and the cars that we have for sale are further proof of this in action.'

All of these cars, and more, can be seen on H.R. Owen's website, http://www.hrowen.co.uk/.
