FIAT CHRYSLER AUTOMOBILES UK ANNOUNCES WINTER CHECK CAMPAIGNS WITH FUN VIDEO

This year's Fiat Chrysler Automobiles UK Winter Check campaign – for Fiat, Fiat Professional, Alfa Romeo, Jeep, Abarth, Chrysler and Dodge vehicles – is launched today (1 December) with a web-based animated video.
The video, called Hello Winter, describes the pitfalls of leaving winter car servicing to chance and encourages owners to take up the offer of a Multi-Point Winter Check by MOPAR– FCA's aftersales brand for Parts and Service – from just £19.99.
The offer covers all safety and reliability essential checks including lights, brakes, battery, radiator, tyres, suspension, steering and wipers. Customers also receive a personal check sheet describing what has been checked and any top-ups made, along with recommendations from the technician.
Additionally, a full Winter Service is available, offering a full vehicle health check, including top-ups, with the addition of oil and filter replacement and a free 12-month roadside assistance package*, from £139.99.
An accompanying poster campaign recommends key winter driving tips to owners, emphasising the focus on driving safety during the cold months.
'This year's campaign asks customers the question: 'Why trust a stranger with your vehicle?', says Dharmesh Sethi, Manager, Mopar Service, Parts and Customer Care, EMEA Region. 'Our MOPAR trained technicians know all about FCA vehicles because we are part of the team which designs and builds them.
'That means customers will get genuine care and commitment every time they ask us to service their vehicle, whether that's for winter or any other time of the year.'
The Hello Winter video is a 'storyboard' animation describing how a car owner, who neglected his vehicle last winter, was left 'broken down and stranded'. This year, the cartoon character says, he has had his MOPAR Winter Check done and is prepared for the season's treacherous driving conditions.
