Vauxhall's Top Gear Astra Sold At Auction For £6,000
February 27, 2017 by Vauxhall◾BBC Top Gear's Reasonably Priced Vauxhall Astra sells at auction with all proceeds going to charity ◾The last 'reasonably priced car' used on Top Gear during Jeremy Clarkson's era 27 February 2017 - The Vauxhall Astra originally used on BBC's Top Gear's 'Reasonably Priced Car' segment, has sold for £6,000 at auction. The Vauxhall Astra was driven around the BBC Top Gear test track at Dunsfold Park, Surrey by celebrities including Olly Murs, Margot Robbie, Will Smith, Tom Hiddleston and Hugh Jackman. The Vauxhall Astra was one of the last cars to be used on the show during Jeremy Clarkson's era and was auctioned by COYS with all proceeds going to BEN, a charity committed to making positive differences to the lives of people within the automotive industry and their dependents.
