Racing to cross the block at Worldwide's Scottsdale Auction, a spectacular line-up of modern supercars

Auburn, IN. January 10, 2017. Worldwide Auctioneers is gearing up for its annual Scottsdale Auction at the start of Arizona Auction week with another world class selection of hand-picked motorcars. Among the offering is a serious line-up of outstanding sports and supercars, representing the pinnacle of European and American power and performance. Lauded as Porsche's latest and most technically advanced 'Supercar', a visually stunning 2015 Porsche 918 Spyder will cross the block on January 17th, with mind blowing specifications including an 887-HP hybrid powertrain and only 1,300 approximate miles. Another race bred tour de force is also slated for the sale, a spectacular 2014 Mercedes-Benz 'Black Series' SLS AMG, one of only 150 built for worldwide production with just two owners and only 2,000 miles from new. One of just 604 Carrera GTs sent to the US market is an awesome 2005 Porsche Carrera GT which will also go under the hammer in Scottsdale, with stunning specifications and rare exclusive options, a genuine racecar for the street.

Italian supercars in the line-up include what is believed to be the first SuperVeloce Roadster offered at public auction, a rare 2016 Lamborghini Adventador LP750-4 SuperVeloce Roadster, one of just 500 produced with a claimed 217mph top speed. Also slated for the sale is a Ferrari Classiche certified 2003 Ferrari Enzo, an original US-delivery model and one of only 400 produced, offered virtually as new with an approximate 2,700 miles.

Set to cross the block alongside them is what is unquestionably one of the world's finest supercars, another virtually new 2006 Saleen S7 Twin Turbo, believed to be the last S7 produced (#74). One of just 13 twin turbos built in 2006, it comes with 750-HP twin turbo-charged, all-aluminum 427 cid-V8 engine and a claimed 248mph top speed.
