•Groupe Renault UK has announced its 'Dealer of the Year' winners at its annual conference

•Dealers were recognised in four categories, Small, Medium and Large dealers and New dealers

Groupe Renault UK has recognised its best performing dealers of 2018 at its annual dealer conference, which took place yesterday. Groupe Renault UK assessed the performance of each dealer by considering a variety of key performance indicators including customer satisfaction, sales volume for both the Renault and Dacia brands, aftersales turnover, and profit.

The overall winning dealers were:

- Renault Cardiff (Best Large Dealer)

- Gravells of Kidwelly (Best Medium Dealer)

- Bells of Crossgar (Best Small Dealer)

- Glyn Hopkin Chelmsford (Best New Dealer)
