Mitch Evans, #20:

'Qualifying will be a focus for us in Hong Kong. We've been putting in a lot of work back at base and I have been spending plenty of time in the simulator to ensure that my race in Hong Kong this year is as good as last. In Season 4, I had my first podium of the season and it was also the first podium for Panasonic Jaguar Racing in Formula E, so we as a team have fond memories in Hong Kong. Hong Kong is one of my favourite tracks; getting to race right by the harbour and past all the skyscrapers is really cool. I'll be giving it my all to get a strong result.'

Nelson Piquet Jnr, #3:

'Hong Kong was my first race for Panasonic Jaguar Racing, so I'm excited to be back. In Season 4, I finished the race just outside of a podium position in P4, so I'll be hoping to better that. The Jaguar I-TYPE 3 is quick, but we need to be consistently fast if we want to compete with the frontrunners. It's a competitive series and we really need to get qualifying right in Hong Kong. With two races in Asia this month there are a lot of points up for grabs.'

James Barclay, Team Director, Panasonic Jaguar Racing:

'In Hong Kong, we will be working hard to improve our performance in qualifying, to ensure that we give ourselves the best possible starting position on the grid. Our race pace and energy management has been good so far this season, and we have shown our potential during races. We must now execute that pace consistently to allow us to realise the results we are working hard to achieve throughout the remainder of the season. We had a good race here last season, with Mitch claiming a podium position in race one and Nelson finishing in P4 in race two, so we'll be pushing to repeat that success.'
