Ssangyong Musso Swoops Another Award As It's Voted Dieselcar & Ecocar Magazines 'Best Pick-Up' 2019

SsangYong's all-new Musso has been voted 'Best Pick-up' in the DieselCar & EcoCar Magazine's Car of the Year 2019 Top 50 Awards.
New Musso has already been voted 'No-nonsense Pick-up' by Pick-up & 4x4 pro magazine and 'Best Pick-up under £25k' by WhatCar? Magazine. All commentators have been repeatedly impressed by the Musso's winning combination of build quality, space, refinement, comfort and value for money.
Diesel Car's journalist judging panel were unequivocal in their remarks: 'First in the countdown is our favourite pick-up truck, the SsangYong Musso. It's no coincidence its name sounds muscular, because its 2.2-litre diesel engine churns out 178bhp, giving it an all-important 3,500kg towing capacity along with its load bed's one tonne payload. It looks good too, with all models fitted with alloy wheels, air conditioning, keyless start, six airbags, a rain sensor and automatic headlights, as well as a full-size spare wheel. Musso is powered by the same e-XDi220 engine found in the Rexton, and delivers a maximum power of 181ps at 4,000 rpm and a maximum torque of 400Nm at 1,600 to 2,600 rpm. It is available with either a 6-speed manual or an Aisin 6-speed automatic with its success proven by SsangYong and several other automotive brands.
