Standout Dealers And Individuals Recognised At The Citroën UK Excellence Awards 2020

• Citroën UK hosted its annual Dealer Excellence Awards event in Hinckley on Thursday 13 February under the theme of #LOVECITROËN.

•A host of awards presented at the event, spanning new retail and business sales, marketing, aftersales and finance.

•Newly appointed Citroën UK Managing Director, Eurig Druce, lead the event on Thursday, his first since starting the role in late January 2020.

•Fundraising on the night was for mental health charity CALM, with £770 raised towards the overall Groupe PSA donation.

Citroën UK has once again celebrated the successes of both its dealers and key individuals for their contributions in 2019. The annual Excellence Awards ceremony provided the first formal engagement for Eurig Druce, Citroën UK's newly appointed Managing Director to address and recognise the achievements of the network.

Speaking at the event on Thursday 13 February, Eurig Druce, supported by a host of Citroën and Groupe PSA Executives – presented 31 awards for achievements across a number of areas including; sales, aftersales, customer experience and marketing. The biggest award of the night, 'Citroën Dealer of the Year' was presented to Elim Citroën of Anglesey, whilst Sportif Citroën Aylesbury walked away with three awards recognising their efforts in sales, marketing and customer experience.

Fundraising at the Citroën UK Dealer Excellence Awards was in support of the mental health charity CALM, (Campaign Against Living Miserably), offering support to individuals and their families who may have considered or have experienced the loss of someone to suicide. £770 was raised for this very worthy cause on the night.

Commenting on Citroën UK's support of CALM, Managing Director, Eurig Druce said; 'with 1 in 4 people in the UK suffering with mental health problems, we are always within touching distance of someone who we can help. It was a pleasure therefore to collectively raise £770 towards CALM as part of the overall Groupe PSA initiative in the UK.'
