The Fiat Chrysler Automobile UK (FCA UK) aftersales network in England, covering Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Fiat Professional and Jeep all remain open offering essential services to keep the country moving during this period. Despite showrooms closing, in line with government lockdown measures, FCA retailers will continue to use the CAR@HOME* virtual appointment video service to maintain essential links with customers and prospects.

Working within the guidance laid out by the government, workshops across the network will honour all current bookings and future bookings can be made by contacting the retailer directly. To help ease the financial burden and keep customers safely on the road, repair and maintenance costs can now be split into manageable monthly payments with a 0% interest finance offer**.

FCA workshops have implemented a detailed and extensive action plan to ensure all customers and staff are kept as safe as possible, ensuring social distancing measures are enforced at all times, hand sanitisers are available and used frequently, and all surfaces are regularly disinfected.
