Presented during the automotive magazine's annual awards ceremony, the Sturmey Award is given to those it believes have played a vital role in driving the vision of their company forward. Thomas Ingenlath has been recognised for his efforts in leading a team to not only create an entirely new electric car brand, and one that is already recognisable with a clear purpose backed with bold design, marketing, product strategies. On accepting the award, Thomas Ingenlath commented: 'It is a huge honour to accept the Sturmey Award on a personal level and on behalf of Polestar.
