Extremely Rare 2012 Koenigsegg Agera S Debuts On Collecting Cars Global Auction Platform

Swedish Supercar Powered by 5.0-Liter Twin-Turbocharged V8, Producing 1,030bhp and 811lb-ft of torque

An extremely rare 2012 Koenigsegg Agera S has just made its debut on the Collecting Cars global auction platform.

The Sweedish supercar is powered by an imposing 5.0-litre twin-turbocharged V8, which produces 1,030bhp and 811lb-ft of torque and drives the rear wheels via a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission and an electronic differential. As a result, the Agera S is capable of 0-62mph in just 2.9 seconds, 0-124 mph in 7.9 seconds, and is claimed to have a top speed of more than 249mph.

One of only five examples built between 2012 and 2014, the Agera S was created for markets where E85 biofuel was unavailable. As a result, the 'S' does away with the Flex Fuel system found in the Agera R, but otherwise has all of that model's features and functions.

Presented in green-tinted carbon-fiber bodywork with glossy carbon-fiber accents and neon green stripes, the Agera S boasts a jet fighter-inspired cabin accented with swathes of exposed carbon-fiber, while the bucket seats and dashboard are trimmed in black leather with bright green accent stitching.
