PEUGEOT is market leader in first quarter 2022 for electric van sales
PEUGEOT has increased its van only market share from 8.7% in Q1 2021 to 9.9% in Q1 2022, according to the latest registration figures released by the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT). PEUGEOT also remains market leader in Q1 2022 for electric van sales, as the only brand to break 1000 sales so far this year.
Julie David, Managing Director, PEUGEOT UK, said: 'We're proud to be one of the few in the market who can offer such versatility of powertrains to our LCV customers, and the results we have seen so far in 2022 are extremely encouraging. We look forward to continuing to support our business customers with transitioning to electric.'

PEUGEOT's strong e-LCV performance is reflective of the brand's offering in this sector: the e-Partner, e-Expert and e-Boxer form a complete line-up of electric vans to suit all customer needs. Each model makes no compromise in terms of useful volume or practicality compared with the diesel versions, whilst offering all the advantages of the electric powertrain: lower running costs, ease of driving, immediate throttle response, high torque and the absence of noise, vibrations, odours and tailpipe emissions.
