Double honors for Nissan in S&P Global Mobility Automotive Loyalty Awards

Nissan receives Overall Loyalty to Dealer Award and Rogue picks up Small Utility Segment Loyalty Award

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Nissan has been recognized by S&P Global Mobility for having the Highest Overall Loyalty to Dealer for the 2023 calendar year.

Based on S&P Global Mobility U.S. loyalty analysis for 2023, Nissan had the greatest percentage of owners who returned to market and purchased or leased another Nissan vehicle from the same dealer in the 2023 calendar year.

Delivering a positive customer experience that evolves to meet the changing needs of consumers, Nissan works closely with its dealer network, investing in tools like Nissan@Home to provide dealers with better management and visibility of the customer journey – a 'digital showroom' dealers can manage just as they do their physical retail environments.

Nissan's best-selling Rogue1 was also celebrated for the highest Model Loyalty in the Small Utility Segment2. A greater percentage of owners returned to market and purchased or leased another Rogue in 2023 than any other model in the competitive Small Utility category – the largest segment in the industry.

Offering the most standard safety features3 and best gas-engine fuel economy in its class4, the recently-refreshed 2024 Nissan Rogue has a starting Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) of $28,4205 and is the first Nissan available with class-exclusive Google built-in integrated directly into the vehicle6.

Now in its 28th year of the Awards program, S&P Global Mobility analyzes loyalty throughout the year and conducts in-depth research and analysis of automotive shopping behaviors, related market influencers and conquest and retention strategies.
