Genesis Motor America names Troy Saito as Director of Sales Operations

In his new role, Saito will oversee and manage U.S. sales and retail operations to achieve the brand's operational success. He will focus on sales development and strategy, incentive programming, retailer operations, and the brand's certified pre-owned program. Saito will report to Tedros Mengiste, vice president of sales operations for Genesis Motor America. 'Troy brings a wealth of operational leadership experience to our team at a time of unprecedented growth for the Genesis brand,' said Mengiste. 'Our standalone retail footprint is rapidly expanding, and the brand continues to achieve record-breaking sales results in the United States. I look forward to working with Troy on developing strong partnerships with our retailers.' Prior to joining Genesis, Saito held numerous leadership positions over the course of 18 years at Hyundai Motor America. Most recently, Saito was the director of sales analysis and forecasting where he led the development of successful initiatives to increase sales and profitability for the Hyundai brand. Prior to Hyundai, Saito led various consulting engagements to assist automotive manufacturers in improving product quality, sales, and customer service satisfaction at J.D. Power. Saito holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration and management from California State University, Dominguez Hills.
