3dCARBON AND AIR DESIGN ARE MAKING MAGIC AT SEMA

Company press release.

October 15, 2013 (Newport Beach, CA) -- Capturing auto enthusiasts' attention at the SEMA Show is a magic act that rivals the best of Criss Angel. 3dCarbon and Air Design know all too well just how this trick works in a convention that houses a million square-feet of show floor, and thousands of cars on display. The 3dCarbon / Air Design secret is boldly displaying world-class styling products in an artful, new exhibit. Fortunately, creating standout, award winning products is easier than pulling a rabbit out of a hat for these companies.

At the 2013 trade-only SEMA show, 3dCarbon and Air Design have tripled its North Hall booth space. Ernie Bunnell, VP of Marketing enthusiastically says, 'Even with the larger exhibit space there simply isn't enough room to house all of the refined styling products we offer.' As a result, show attendees will see 20 of the 3dCarbon / Air Design sponsored cars enhancing all areas of the Las Vegas Convention Center this November, including five tuned Fusions under the spotlights at the massive Ford Motor Company display area.

For the very first time, 3dCarbon / Air Design will be showcasing Nissan models in its extensive line-up. The Nissan five-piece body kits are featuring styling products for both the Versa Note and the Sentra. The complete kits include a front air dam, side skirts, a rear-lower skirt, and a rear spoiler.

The Nissan upgrades are just two of several new kits that complement 3dCarbon's award winning designs. Other body styling kits are featuring products for Ford, GM and Chrysler, including the just released production version for the Ford Fusion. The Fusion kit won the Ford 'Best Fusion Of Show' award at SEMA in 2012. Last year's honors also include the 'Best New GM Accessory' for the Spark. The unveiling of award winning products at SEMA has been an annual tradition for this team since 2004.

There will be three exciting, and new body styling products taking stage at the Ford booth. Besides the already mentioned Ford Fusion five-piece body kit, 3dCarbon and Air Design are offering a five-piece package for the Fiesta, as well as an all-new dual hood-scoop for the 2014 F150. In other words, there's something for everyone at the SEMA Show this year.

Billy Longfellow, VP of Design, emphasizes, 'It's an ongoing effort to bring the best designs we can to SEMA, and a constant battle to see if we can outdo our own efforts from the previous year.' The latest styling kits for the Nissan Versa Note and Sentra were completed just weeks before the show, and reflect both the years of experience at the aftermarket company, and also sensitivity towards what the consumer finds important.

'3dCarbon and Air Design began our development of the two Nissan cars nearly three months ago using early, pre-production models from the OEM to create our newest kits,' states Longfellow. Additionally, working this year in conjunction with Mike Spagnola, V.P. of the new SEMA Product Development Center, and utilizing the OEM vehicle data is reducing the time spent on designing the aftermarket products, and returning improvements in build quality and engineering. The extra effort results in high quality, urethane injected parts that install easy, are very durable, and are a step-up in styling from the standard fare. The kits match the warranty offered by the car company, which provides the reassurance that buyers look for.

Quality in design and materials are hallmarks of the Newport Beach, California company, along with the products that are available from its partner, Air Design, which are offered in South America.
