1932 Buick Series 60 Sedan

    1932 Buick Series 60 Navigation
Buick's model lineup for 1932 included the 50, 60, 80 and 90 series offering different wheelbase, features and powertrains. The 60-siers 5-passenger 4-door Sedan, just like this example, offered 'suicide' doors, arm rests, ash trays, passenger assist cords, folding robe rail, foot rest and a choice of either wood artillery or steel spoke wheels. This was also Buick's most popular body style for the Series 60 in 1932. The engine displaced 272 cubic-inches and offered nearly 100 horsepower. The Series 60 cost $1,310, weighed 3980 lbs, and 9,013 were sold.

This car is painted in its original two-tone blue combination. Though is sat in an unheated warehouse for 40 years and was virtually complete, it had badly deteriorated. A complete restoration was completed in 2009, and then promptly shown at the 2010 Meadow Brook Concours d'Elegance.
