1936 Nash Ambassador Navigation
With a few exceptions this Nash remains in its original, unrestored condition with 19,000 miles. The car is four owners from new. The current owner re-plated the front bumpers, replaced some window glass, cleaned the fuel system and performed necessary minor clean-up and repairs to make the car roadworthy.
Only two models were available in the Nash Ambassador Six series, a Victoria and a four-door sedan, as seen here. The sedan sold new for $885, less any options.
The Nash Ambassador Six is powered by a Nash-built six-cylinder motor that features dual ignition. The 234.8 cubic-inch motor develops 93 horsepower.
