1914 McIntyre Imp Model Z Navigation
This Model Z Tandem is one of only six McIntyre Imps known to survive. It has a 10-horsepower V-twin engine designed by William Stout and a four-speed gearbox. McIntyre Imps sold for $375, and the sales literature stated that they cost just 'a penny a mile' to run! In their day, over fifty companies built similar machines in America. With the coming of the similarly priced Ford Model T, however, they soon began to lose favor, and the days of the Cyclecar were numbered.
